Houserules

 

The house is available on the first day of the rental period from 4 pm.

You must vacate the house on the last day of the rental period at 10 am.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

The house may not be occupied by more than 6 people.

The tenant is not permitted to (sub)let or give the rented property for use in whole or in part to others.

 

The tenant is obliged to use the house properly and to leave it in good condition, tidy and clean. The tenant will also ensure that the rubbish bins are emptied.

The tenant is liable for damage to the rented property, caused during the rental period, unless he can demonstrate that the damage cannot be attributed to his family members or guests.

In case of non-compliance with the regulations, the deposit will be withheld as compensation, plus the additional costs incurred for repair.

 

The tenant agrees to strictly and correctly follow the house rules .

 

What we mean, if you accidentally break something or notice that something is broken, inform us so that we can ensure that it can be properly replaced or repaired during your stay or at least before the next tenants arrive.

Accidents happen, or something can break due to wear and tear... we do not automatically assume that this is the fault of the tenant.

 

If you notice that something is missing, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make sure everything is available as described. There is nothing more annoying than hearing afterwards that the lack or defect of a certain item was a damper on your stay.

 

Keep in mind that there is no security gate for children around the pool, so keep an eye on your children at all times.

 

Cancellations

 

In case of late payment, the landlord is entitled to cancel the reserved rental period.  

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable / unwilling to use the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone report must be confirmed in writing.

 

The advance is paid upon reservation.

The balance is payable 4 weeks before the start of the rental period.

In case of cancellation between 6 weeks to 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, the advance will not be refunded.

In case of cancellation between 4 weeks to2 weeks before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total rental price will not be refunded.

In case of cancellation less than 2 weeks before the start of the rental period, the total rental price will not be refunded.

Tip: Cancellation insurance can be useful, you can contact your bank / insurer.

 

If you cannot occupy the house because travel to Spain is not permitted from your country, the full rental price will be refunded.
